Reports To: Joel Phillips, Director of Technology and Security Services  
Terms: full year/part time     
  • Self-sufficient and require a minimum of supervision or assistance and be self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Commitment to a customer service orientation.
  • Abilities in the areas of communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills, and learning new tasks.
  • Computer networking experience, including installation, setup and troubleshooting of computer systems at the PC level.
  • Familiarity with all current operating systems and Internet browsers.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and common software applications.
  • Experience and knowledge with uses of the Internet.
  • Positive leadership ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
Essential Functions:
  • Process payments and assist in scheduling.
  • Manage assigned technology (may include voice, video, data).
  • Update personal technological knowledge and skills.
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting technical problems using remote access tools or by phone.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients on a variety hardware and software.
  • Work with IT Manager to monitor network performance.
  • Maintain documentation for computer operations and procedures.
