Students from across Newaygo County are being recognized as the 2025–2026 Outstanding Students of the Career-Tech Center, representing some of the area’s best and brightest future leaders and professionals.
Each year, instructors select students who demonstrate excellence not only in technical skill development, but also in the qualities that prepare them for success beyond the classroom. Through hands-on learning experiences and real-world career exploration, Career-Tech Center programs allow students to gain valuable experience in potential future careers while building confidence and professional skills.
The students chosen as Outstanding Students consistently displayed strong communication, critical thinking, perseverance, empathy, and adaptability — key qualities for a strong future. Their dedication, leadership, and work ethic set them apart as examples of what is possible when students fully engage in career-focused learning opportunities.
